Will I get the same cleaner every time?

Yes, almost certainly. We like our cleaners to build a rapport with our customers and so we try to organise their cleans around a regular local rota. Occasionally we may need to substitute your regular cleaner for another due to sickness, holidays or other absence.

What if I don't like my cleaner?

We appreciate that it's important for you to trust and like your home cleaner. In the unlikely event that you didn't get on for any reason, we would be only to happy to select another cleaner for your approval.

How often will my cleaner visit?

As much or as little as you like. Many customers have a weekly clean but we can also cater for more or less frequent visits depending on your requirements.

How much does it cost?

Price really depends on a number of factors, including where you live and the size of your property. To find out more, search for your nearest cleaner or contact us. We will be pleased to provide you with a no-obligation quote free of charge.

Do you do end of tenancy cleans?

Yes, we are happy to do a deep clean at the end of a tenacy agreement and prior to a property being re-let.

Do you do office cleaning?

No, at this time we only undertake domestic cleaning.
